The lunchtime teaser, were I set a teaser for fun and everyone has a opportunity to have a go at guessing the answer.
The number 1 at 1s every week we start the 2nd half of the show with 20 mins of number 1s from one year along with some headlines from the year and the listeners get the chance to guess the year before the answer is revealed.
Regular updates on the early kick offs on the days football. Plus traffic and weather updates.
And we end the show with the end of show poll the chance for listners to choose from 2 songs which one closes the show just before 2pm.
