Feel Good Factory

Friday evening, 8:00 pm – 10:oo pm

with David Stirton

Celebrate the start of the weekend with the Feel Good Factory – 2 hours of great, upbeat music from 1950’s to current day. Whether you are getting ready for a night out, having a house party or simply relaxing after a stressful week at work tune in to hear a great selection of upbeat music. David will play anything upbeat from 1950’s to the present day across a variety of genres – pop, rock, dance, soul, disco and everything else along the way. Karaoke classics, anything you might find yourself singing along to in the car, party anthems you hear at functions that can’t keep you off the dance floor no matter how hard you try and of course some guilty pleasures – you know what I mean!

Every week we go through the music alphabet, pick a featured artist and play three tracks and tell you a little bit of info about them and try and throw in some unusual facts.

Requests, Shout-outs and dedications are welcome – get in touch with David via the studio contacts during the show or leave a comment anytime on the facebook page – www.facebook.com/FeelGoodFactoryECFM

David joined East Coast FM in 2013 and started presenting The Feel Good Factory in April. Prior to that he entertained patients for 4 years on Hospital Radio. He has a broad, varied musical knowledge and likes to find out facts and stats about particular tracks, often sharing these with you during the show.

David is from the Fair City of Perth, but has lived in East Lothian for over 10 years. He is a St Johnstone supporter and is used to getting a lot of stick for this! However, he is very community spirited and also volunteers with two other local organisations. He hopes to regularly be part of the East Coast FM crew attending local events.
